Min and Max cost of non BOBs member to be addressed – to be brought up at the next AGM
Rebates cancellation fees for the BOBS members’ sliding scale proposal to be addressed at the next AGM. Initial proposal was for length of notice given to be proportionate to the amount of rebate given
Claire and Alistair voted to be admitted to BOBs by the eight members – Postal vote to go to the remaining members
Edinburgh �500 inconvenience payment for the Autumn Bank Holiday has been offered to John Cottan in return for 12 members to stay with him. Awaiting JC to respond to the offer.
Cotswolds voted for Winter Cottage 1998 End of October, beginning of November. Siobhan and Hugh had brochures so were looking into this.
Jo White has officially left BOBS
BOBS now has a web site at: http://members.gconnect.com/derekwilson
The Year 2000 - a vote needs to be taken as to whether BOBs will book a cottage for the Millennium. To be voted on. Sue and Ian were going to look at a possible location.
Meeting finished at 7.30pm for BOBs to see the outcome of the Deidre Rachid trial

Additional Notes from Steph

Subsequently to the meeting John has agreed to allow BOBS to go to his house for the next BOBS event for August Bank holiday for the Edinburgh festival (cost �500.00). 28^stto 31st August. He is sending down the details of events on. We will need to take food airbeds and bedding. There are some spares up there. We have set a maximum of 12 places so we need to know who definitely cannot go. Steph will organise the food. Mark is also happy to be paid back part of his money for Oasis as suggested.
